Accountant – Fiduciary

Our client is currently searching for an experienced Accountant fully available to cover a maternity leave for the next 8 months.

 

Missions:

  • Management of the portfolio made of multiple entities,
  • Quarterly and annual financial statements,
  • Financial accounting,
  • Preparation of VAT statements,
  • Annual statements and contribution updates,
  • Preparation of legal tax returns,
  • Monitoring of intercompany invoices and payment flows,
  • Answer ad hoc queries and prepare analyses.

 

Profile:

  • Diploma in accounting
  • Min. 3 years relevant experience in accounting in Switzerland, preferably in a local fiduciary firm
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP
  • Ability to work simultaneously with multiple accounts
  • Fluent in French and in English
  • Good command of multiple software programs including Microsoft Excel and tax systems (Dr Tax/GeTax/Sun) and QuickBooks.
  • Autonomous, rigorous and able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work with multiple departments
  • Fully available for an immediate start (please note that applicants currently employed will not be considered for this role)
